Summary

Jointly developed and formalised Action Plan to implement the Strategy to increase the capacity of organisations and innovation and care ecosystems.

Description

This plan has been implemented through participatory meetings, videoconferences, and the use of advanced digital tools. Various stakeholders linked to HENKO NET have participated:

The partner entities of the HENKO-NET project
The HENKO COMMUNITY
Palliative care societies
Other stakeholders in local ecosystems committed to innovation and sustainability in the field of palliative care

The roadmap is structured around five programs and two cross-cutting themes (Ethics and Sustainability), broken down into 17 actions.
