TiCHron provides a solution to the lack of initiatives regarding kids and teenagers with chronic diseases. Putting the patient in the core of the Project, TICHRON is a set of adapted solutions, information and results of research regarding those diseases through new technologies. Like so, TICHRON provides an analysis of Young patients’ real needs, adapted information and awareness tools, protocols and tangible results addressed to the different actors which favor the progress regarding healthcare and anticipates actions in risk situations.
