The Instituto de Ciencias de la Vid y del Vino (ICVV) opened its doors last Wednesday, 26th February to the students of the higher level training cycle in ‘Analysis and Quality Control Laboratory’ of the I.E.S. La Laboral, Logroño (La Rioja).
Mar Vilanova, coordinator of the vineyard pilot at Finca La Grajera (Logroño), and María Malia, project technician, gave a presentation on I-ReWater during which they explained the importance of using reclaimed water as opposed to conventional water for vineyard irrigation as a strategy for adapting to climate change.
The visit included a tour of the ICVV facilities.
