Graduated in Psychology and PhD in Public Health, Elisabete Alves has developed her activity as a post-doc researcher in the field of social science and health. She is currently a researcher at the University of Évora. The overall results of her research have contributed to promoting mental health and quality of life among those who experienced social adversity, by approaching the governance of healthcare from a human rights and inclusive citizenship perspective.
