An-Gel Sudoe presented at Food 4 Future – Expo Foodtech 2025

The An-Gel Sudoe project was presented at Food 4 Future – Expo Foodtech 2025, held in Bilbao. During the session “Food safety risks emerging from climate change,” Jean-François Berthoumieu, representative of partner ACMG, explained the project’s approach to addressing the impact of spring frosts on agricultural systems in southwestern Europe.

The session highlighted the effects of climate change on food safety and the role of projects such as An-Gel in developing adaptation and mitigation strategies, particularly in arboriculture and viticulture.
